What
has been said about Body, Breath and Meditation with Christopher:
An excellent introduction
to meditation included what it is and what it is not, benefits, various traditions, techniques,
developing a practice, and sharing with others through teaching. With
Buddhist philosophy and practice as a fascinating part of the daily classes,
Christopher inspires students to examine, question, engage, relax, let go,
laugh - make space for whatever resonates. I was nurtured - mind,
body, spirit. Like all of his workshops, this course opened my heart.
-Sandy Bird
Very informative,
presenting the exciting potential of our inner beauty in silence and
emptiness. -Nikki Prock
Terrific experience, well
balanced and well done. New tools furthered my understanding and with the humor it was
easy to be in class. A great meditation technique and introduction to
Buddhist concepts - with no pressure.
-Kaye Richey
I gained so much for my
personal practice with lots of invaluable tools to assimilate for myself, and for my students.
-Cathy Genevie
Mind expanding,
enriching, personal learning with insights galore made me more comfortable with what is. The
experiential nature of the learning was clarified with all the didactic sections.
