principles, you’ll learn to maximize safety, steadiness and comfort,
strengthen and open joints, and practice pain free asanas,
protected from strain and injury. You'll use self-alignment techniques
to transform stationary postures into moving meditation. You’ll develop

ENTERING
THE MIND OF YOGA
Through The Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita & Yoga Sutras
with Christopher
Ken Baxter (Devananda)
TUITION:
$380
30
hours Philosophy
This seminar is aimed at exploring the core relationship between our
individual soul, and the universal spirit as described in three of the
most influential yogic scriptures, the Bhagavad
Gita, the Yoga Sutras and the
Upanishads. Through the use of inquiry, movement, meditation,
journaling and dialogue, we will penetrate into the very nature of our
selves as embodied spirits. These teachings are a source of great
delight and wonder, as well as a source of inspiration to go deeper
into our own individual path of awakening. This seminar is for anyone
interested in the realms of the inner self, no prior experience of yoga
is needed ... just an open, inquiring mind.
