Meditation for Everyone with Carol Lutker Monday Evenings: 6:30-7:45 p.m. Donation: $9 per session ($5 students/limited income) The main focus will be on meditation, with different breathing techniques taught. Each session includes a short talk on a practical application of Buddhist teaching, discussion, and guided meditation on that object, with Kadampa Buddhist Teacher Carol Lutker of Maitreya Center in Atlantic Beach.
