Reiki Level I  is hands on for physical and emotional balance leading to personal development. It can be used on yourself or clients in your massage practice.

You will learn:

• Basic understanding of Reiki and the history

• Go through 4 Levels of Attunement

• Using the tradition hand positions, you will give and receive a Reiki Treatment

• Learn self-treatment Reiki hand positions and do self-treatment.

Reiki Level II  Attunement further opens the Crown Chakra and increases your healing energy, giving you the ability to channel absent/distant healing.

You will learn:

• Three ancient, powerful, healing symbols

• To use these symbols to boost your energy to help yourself and clients
   in daily life and massage practice

• The Techniques of Beaming and Scanning

• To practice distant healing as a single practitioner and then add
   the power of the group

*Reiki Level II begins on Saturday at 4pm.
