As we know by now,
nothing last forever - even us. But since we will
all probably be here at least for awhile, try this three-week program.
You'll be with other ordinary guys utilizing the time
tested
practices of yoga for greater ease, joy and wellbeing in your life.
Curriculum includes clear, detailed
instructions on a simple 15-30
minute routine consisting of: effective warm-ups; simple, safe
stretches;
contraindications and modifications for each practice; in-depth
breathing techniques; mind-clearing meditation; deep relaxation. Avoid
eating 2 hours before & wear loose, comfortable clothing. All other
gear is at Discovery.

Christopher is a
mature yoga teacher, as well as a practicing architect
in St Augustine. For 20 years he was a founding member and key resident
at The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. He has trained hundreds of
teachers, thousands of students in his 30+ years as a yoga
