Be
Alive In Your Core …
Embodied •
Energized • Relaxed
According
to the ancient yogic system that
describes the movement of life force,
there are 7 energy centers in the
body, known as the chakras. Learning
the psycho-spiritual characteristics
of each center can inspire & teach
us how to mature into wiser, kinder
more humane beings. From being
self-absorbed individuals, struggling
to solely survive, we can grow into
fully awakened beings, developing the
limitless potential dormant in each of
the chakras to benefit others.
Specific
to each chakra you will learn …
Yoga,
breathing & daily life techniques
to wake up and manifest your innermost
potential.
Tips
to recognize, release and heal
habitual negative patterns of thought,
emotion and behavior.
Skillful
ways to design your own mandala of
well being, using a varied toolbox of
yogic self-care practices.
Principles
drawn from the Buddhist tradition that
can teach us how to transform suffring
into awareness and pain into joy.
