    • 5-5:30pm - Meditation (Christopher)

9-10:30AM - Meditation Room
Hot Vinyasa (Rita Pendergast)
Sweat, purge, release, cleanse and purify in this juicy, fun, invigorating, well-rounded yoga class. The room will be heated to 90-95º. Please bring a towel and water.

9:30-11AM - Main Studio
Yin Yoga (Arla Larson)
A slow, passive practice that releases and lengthens the body's deep connective tissue. Longer held Yin poses target the spine, hips and pelvis allowing deeper opening in these areas. 
Yin Yoga is deeply relaxing , yet revitalizing - suitable for all levels.

11AM-12:30PM - Meditation Room
Kripalu Basic Practice (Sheryl Anderson)

A great practice class for beginners, this
gentle flow of basic postures emphasizes principles of safe movement, body awareness, alignment and yogic breathing. Students are encouraged to practice at their own level, using variations and modifications to give postures more or less challenge.


11:30-1PM - Main Studio
Kripalu Yoga - All Levels (Deva Parnell)
A
flow of postures with emphasis on body awareness, alignment and coordination of breath & movement. Students are encouraged to practice at their own level, using variations and modifications to give postures more or less challenge. The class will be enhanced by music, rhythms and inspirational readings to promote meditative awareness.



2:00-2:30PM - Main Studio
Natananda! YogaDance Performance (Anita Sanci & Dancers)
Natananda! (Blissful Dancer!) is a yoga dance company created to share the beauty and joy of yoga, dance and music.


2:30-4PM - Meditation Room
Vinyasa (Eryn Boudreau)
A powerful flow of hatha yoga postures, linked through a series of connecting movements (vinyasa), synchronized with smooth, deep breathing (ujjayi), gaze (dristi) and locks (bandhas).

3-4:30PM - Main Studio
Atma Core Yoga (Christopher Baxter)  
For increased self awareness, balance, health and well being, the integration of yogic techniques for building core strength through physical, mental and energetic methods, are unsurpassed for providing a lifetime of exceptional benefits. This training session will introduce core principles, present deeper insights into practice, provide anatomical tips, and clear, simple instructions that you can apply to all levels and styles of yoga.

4:30-6PM - Meditation Room
Yoga Basic Training (Naorah Lockhart)
Sample our basic training course. In this class you'll oserve demonstrations and receive step-by-step instructions for each technique. You can ask questions and clarify details. You will be guided through the details and alignment of each posture with hands-on assisting as needed.

5-5:30PM - Main Studio
Meditation (Christopher Baxter)  
Learn
& practice an easily accessible yet wonderfully powerful method of meditation to aid in stress relief and promote self-discovery.
