connective tissue. Longer held Yin poses target the spine, hips and
pelvis allowing deeper opening in these areas.
Yin Yoga is deeply relaxing , yet revitalizing - suitable for all
levels.

course. In this class you'll oserve demonstrations and receive
step-by-step instructions for each technique. You can ask questions and
clarify details. You will be guided through the details and alignment
of each posture with hands-on assisting as needed.
