There’s nothing like a gathering of women to renew yourself.  Together, we’ll find out about the feminine approach to the practice, playfulness and passion of yoga for and about women. This is a heart-centered way of being fluid, nurturing, expressive, emotional, and changeable. Come away brimming with fresh energy and feeling clear, courageous and joyful.

It’s a Yoga Slumber Party!  Plan to spend the night – whether you live locally or at a distance. There are comfy rooms that are shared, private and deluxe. Staying overnight will definitely add to your experience. See housing rates.


Who: This women’s retreat is for both teachers and students.  Special time will be given to teachers on bringing this fresh approach to your classes and retreats.


We will…

7:30 - 9:00 pm - Moonlight Yoga on the Beach (weather permitting)

Julie Lusk, M.Ed, RYT-E500, will guide us with delicious yoga and refreshing relaxation time.  Julie has offered more than 20 Yoga Slumber Parties for women and this is the first time at Discovery Yoga!  She focuses on opening, balancing and strengthening the body/mind/spirit connection through yoga, meditation, therapeutic  relaxation and guided imagery. Julie is published internationally and the author of  Yoga Meditations, Desktop Yoga®, two volumes of “30 Scripts for Relaxation, Imagery and Inner Healing,” and the Mind-Body eBook Collection. Her CDs include Real Relaxation: Yoga Nidra, Wholesome Energizers, Power of Presence and many others.  Thousands have benefited from her volunteer work. 

Julie is president of Wholesome Resources.
