Christopher Baxter

Christopher Baxter, RA – is both a registered professional architect (RA), and seasoned yoga practitioner with more than 30 years experience. He is the author of "Kripalu Hatha Yoga" and has been a retreat leader, mentor, teacher-trainer and seminar director since 1984. For 20 years he was a founding member and on the core faculty of Kripalu Center in Western Ma., - the largest residential yoga training facility in North America. As founding director of the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association, he was instrumental in the development of Kripalu Yoga and Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training as well as being a founder of Yoga Alliance, the national affiliation of yoga teachers and teacher training schools. He currently offers classes, seminars and private instruction at the Discovery Yoga Center in St Augustine, where he is the main teacher in their professional level, 500-hour Teacher Certification Program.
