A Playful Approach
to Moving Yoga Off the Mat
Creative Kids Yoga combines new and time-honored
yoga and movement concepts for children to create unlimited
possibilities!

Yoga and movement helps children to balance the

healthier child care environment, a peaceful and creative home life.
With CKY trainings and workshops, you will:
- Build your confidence in teaching life skills
to children to promote their overall health, peace, body awareness and
self-expression
- Meet children where they are developmentally,
while honoring their individual creativity

alternative approaches
Creative Kids Yoga trainings are great for teachers,
parents, therapists, yoga instructors, dance instructors, childcare
providers, and healthcare professionals.
Level
I: Basic Certification
Discover a playful, innovative approach to moving
yoga off the mat! Learn to teach age-appropriate classes that
include asanas, movement concepts, games, creative dramatics, art, and
storytelling. Explore research on integrating brain development and
bodywork for children. Identify key benefits of yoga and movement
such as improved concentration, coordination, flexibility, balance,
self-awareness, and stress release. Upon completion of this 5-day
training, you will be certified as a Level I Creative Kids Yoga
instructor. CEUs available.

Prerequisites
Prior experience with children/yoga/movement is recommended but not
required. This training is experiential, non-competitive and playful.

Rosemary Todd Clough,
RYT500, IAYT, PRYT, is the Founder/Director of
Creative Kids Yoga® and Moving Spirit - The Center for Yoga,
Dance
and Wellness in Merrimack NH. She has been teaching yoga and
dance for 30 years to students of all ages and abilities. Rosemary
brings a depth of experience and a playful approach to her classes. She
holds a BS in Education from Tufts University and was elected a
teaching fellow at Harvard University in the Graduate School of
Education. She is a Certified Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher,
a Certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist and a Stott-Pilates
Instructor. Rosemary's years of creative movement and modern
dance
training with Vineyard Dance, Ballet Arts, Jack Weiner, Barbara
Mettler, Anne Green Gilbert, Caryn McHose and Kevin Frank have had a
significant influence on her teaching. Rosemary has been on the faculty
of Rivier College and White Wing School. She has taught nationally
certified Kripalu yoga teacher training courses and presents numerous
workshops and trainings throughout the U.S. and abroad. She is
the mother of five and a proud grandmother!
