Having tried many styles of
yoga, I find that Kundalini stands apart from the rest. It works the
body in
combination with the breath in a way that completely calms the mind. No
other
yoga can clear the path to meditation so quickly and easily - it takes
me from
stress to YES! in one class. Kim brings fluidity to the transitions in
a
Kundalini practice while expertly guiding alignment and breathwork. Her
presence creates a safe, comfortable space in which students can truly
open to
the power of an embodied spiritual experience.

Kundalini
Yoga
with Kim is a special experience. What makes it one of a kind for me is
her
personal touch. She is very conscientious of her students and creates a
space
for you to have the experience you came to have. I have sat with many
teachers,
and they all are not of this caliber. Kim exudes passion and knowledge
of the
practice. I recommend her class to any student who is seriously committed to
improving their quality of life.

Kundalini Yoga with Kim has
helped rapidly transform my life. Kim is an incredibly gifted teacher,
able to
communicate her deep understanding of the art and science of Kundalini
Yoga in
a clear and fun way. I love the way she moves around the room giving
individualized instruction to each person. Kim is simply
inspiring. I
learn something new in every class, get a powerful experience, and feel
great
afterwards. -Gary
