Scott began surfing as a boy and has traveled the globe in search of waves, living in Hawaii, Bali, and Costa Rica. As an avid waterman-surfer, paddleboarder, and swimmer, he knows the healing, rejuvenating power of water. He has a holistic health and wellness educational consulting business called 5 Waves Learning.

Emily Johnson, RYT200, a certified yoga instructor,  is also a certified paddleboarding and kiteboarding instructor through the ACA & IKO (American Canoe Association & International Kiteboarding Organization). In her spare time she enjoys cooking, fishing, surfing and aerial yoga.  Emily and her husband Cory own and operate Ocean Extreme Sports, which educates and instructs lessons in paddleboarding & kiteboarding in Northeast Florida. She has taught paddleboarding for five years and brought paddleboard yoga into their business in 2014. Emily takes her love and joy for yoga to the beach and out in nature as much as possible. She is up to date with First Aid & CPR training and takes safety extremely serious.
