The Pilates Method of body conditioning is a unique system of dynamic movements. It strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance. Uniting body & mind, creates a streamline shape.

In this 6-class workshop you will:
  • learn the philosophy behind the Pilates Method
  • experience mat work principles
  • master key elements used in this unique method

Who is this workshop for?
  • Beginner - Participants who want to engage in a new experience combining the body/mind connection.
  • Intermediate - Gain a greater understanding of principles and form.
  • Advanced - Instructors/participants who want to advance their understanding and practice, learning new ways of expanding their practice or incorporating Pilates into their daily routine or teaching schedule.

TUITION: $90.00

Carol Bender
has over 25 years of experience teaching to a variety of students and levels. She is skilled at teaching multi-level classes including: Yoga, Pilates, Piloxing, Willpower & Grace, Barre, Weight & Conditioning as well as many aerobic classes. Carol has a passion for teaching both Yoga and Pilates as a great way to enhance the studentís need to nurture both the mind and body. An advanced Pilates instructor and ERYT200 yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance, Carol was taught and mentored by the world-famous Pilates guru Kris Kory.
