Carol
Bender has over 25 years of
experience teaching to a variety of
students and levels. She is skilled
at teaching multi-level classes
including: Yoga, Pilates, Piloxing,
Willpower & Grace, Barre, Weight
& Conditioning as well as many
aerobic classes. Carol has a passion
for teaching both Yoga and Pilates
as a great way to enhance the
student’s need to nurture both the
mind and body. An advanced Pilates
instructor and ERYT200 yoga
instructor through Yoga Alliance,
Carol was taught and mentored by the
world-famous Pilates guru Kris Kory.
