Deva
Parnell, E-RYT, founder and director of Discovery Yoga, is
a certified professional
level Kripalu Yoga teacher. She has been a yoga instructor
and
teacher-trainer since the 1970's and has trained more than 2000 yoga
teachers. A Kripalu Center resident and senior
program teacher (1983-1995),
she
developed many of Kripalu's core yoga programs and
has
been instrumental
in the development of Kripalu Yoga and Kripalu
Yoga Teacher Training. As
Sadhana Acharya, she
coordinated daily
yoga practice and yoga education for the 350-member resident staff. Deva has
produced a variety of audio yoga experiences for home practice,
published yoga
teacher training manuals, and has written articles on yoga for national
publications. After
leaving her position
as director, coordinator
and curriculum developer
of Kripalu
Yoga Teacher Training, she
began training teachers through Discovery
Yoga. Her 200-hour program
is recognized by Kripalu Center as a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher
Training program. She has also developed a 500-hour program which
includes a faculty of world-class teachers. Deva's
detailed, intuitive teaching style
reflects the
depth of her personal practice and her many years of study and training
in a variety of yoga traditions, both in the U.S. and in India.

Christopher
Baxter, registered architect
(RA), registered yoga teacher (RYT) and author of "Kripalu Hatha Yoga",
has been a practitioner of yoga since 1971. He was a founding member of
the Kripalu Center 1978-1998. Instrumental in the development of
Kripalu Yoga and the Kripalu Yoga Teacher Certification Training
process, for seven years he was also founding director of the Kripalu
Yoga Teachers Association, helping to grow it from 110 members to over
1200 teachers in 30 countries. In 1998 he developed AtmaYoga - an
anatomically safe, intuitive practice that awakens and strengthens the
Core Self. A student of
Buddhism since 1999, he has studied both in the Hinayana and Mahayana
traditions and is an active practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism in the
Karma Kagyu tradition. He currently
teaches classes, seminars, and 500-hour Teacher Certification
Training programs from his base at the Discovery Yoga Center in St
Augustine,

Eryn
Boudreau, RYT, is a physical therapist with
over 20 years experience working with a variety of patients
including children with cerebral palsy and downs syndrome, adults with
chronic pain, and stroke patients. She is trained in craniosacral
therapy, myofacial release, lower extremity biomechanics, and
neuro-developmental treatment (NDT) of children. Eryn is certified
Kripalu Yoga Teacher, and has
trained with master
teacher Deva Parnell, Stephanie Keach in
vinyasa flow, and Christopher Baxter in AtmaYoga. She is able
to utilize her manual physical therapy skills and experience with yoga
practices to compassionately guide students and patients on an individual holistic
path towards improved health and well-being. Eryn enjoys teaching yoga
to all levels of students from athletes to students with specific
neuromuscular difficulties. In addition to teaching group classes, she
works with students individually.

Anita Sanci,
RYT500, is a
certified professional level Kripalu Yoga and Kripalu Danskinetics
Teacher. She is a
former
professional dancer, gymnist and choreographer with a lifetime of
teaching and performing experience. Anita has studied extensively in
New
York City with world-class master teachers, and managed her own dance
academy. Her specialties include children's gymnastics & yoga, and
partner work which
includes partner yoga, acrobatic adagio and pas de deux. Her strong
dance background is reflected in her yoga classes. Anita is a member of
the Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training staff at Discovery Yoga, and
facilitator of the Discovery Yoga Teachers' Alliance. She is currently
in the process of forming a yoga dance company.

Suzanne Tonkinson,
a certified
Kripalu Yoga Teacher, comes from a background as a physical fitness and
aerobics
instructor. A life-long student of yoga with an ever-increasing
appreciation for the balance and wholeness of the practice, she
embraces yoga as a gift that she feels passionate about sharing with
others. Believing that our greatest teacher lies within, Suzanne's
intention is to provide an atmosphere of self-acceptance and
affirmation to open a path for self-discovery.

Hugh
White, a yoga
practitioner for over 15
years, is a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher specializing in yoga for
men and gentle yoga for people with limited flexibility. He is
developing series of yoga classes combining yogic concepts with 12-step
philosophy.

Rita Pendergast, a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher, came
to yoga out of the joy of movement. She has been practicing yoga since
1999. Finding yoga to be an exceptional system for self-improvement,
Rita's intention is to help others attain the many benefits yoga offers
through a consistent personal practice. She continues to study all
aspects of yoga through various teachers and styles.

Arla
Larson
has been a student and practitioner of yoga for over 15 years. She
began her formal yoga training and study with Deva Parnell at Discovery
Yoga, and has recently completed her 500 hour Kripalu Teacher
Certification. She is also a certified Yin Yoga teacher and a certified
Tai Chi teacher. Learning and studying with many authentic yoga
teachers and masters, Arla is passionate about sharing a blending of
these various forms of movement into a fluid, yet meditative mind, body
experience.

Peggy Bliss, a certified Kripalu Yoga
teacher, avid Iyengar
Yoga practitioner and occupational therapist, has been studying and
practicing yoga for over 14 years. Rooted in her solid Iyengar
practice, she has studied with many intermediate and senior teachers
and continues to diversify her practice and teaching with various
styles of yoga. Peggy brings a lighthearted, unpretentious approach to
classes, and enjoys sharing her deep understanding of postures along
the transformative journey of yoga.

Didier
Razon has been
interested in yoga and the mystical
side of life since his teenage
years growing up in Casablanca,
Morocco, where he practised the yoga asanas he learned on his own from books. In
the early 1980s, after meeting Gurumayi
Chidvilasananda in India, he spent the next ten years
living in her ashrams in India and France, and in the United States
where
he studied with John Friend, founder of Anusara Yoga. Didier
is an Anusara affiliated teacher, certified in Sivananda, Sri Mahesh,
and Siddha Yoga Hatha Yoga traditions. Didier's years
of ashram life and his keen interest in the mystical and multifaceted
field of yoga, renders his yoga comprehensive and unique. He is the
founder of "Two Suns Rising Yoga".
