Restorative
yoga is sometimes called the yoga of non-doing or un-doing. The
practice focuses on effortlessness and ease, using well-placed
blankets, bolsters, yoga straps, and chairs to safely support the body
in various postures.
This program is for
certified yoga teachers. Through direct experience, practice teaching
and feedback, you will leave with the ability to confidently teach a
primary series of restorative poses to your students as well as
incorporate them into your own practice. |
|
You will need:
- a bolster
- 2 yoga straps
- 2 yoga blocks
- 6 THICK blankets
or a combo of 4 blankets
and 2 thick, firm cushions
You may purchase these props at our retail shop. Some props are provided in the studio to borrow.
