Join us on Friday evening in our homey, upstairs kitchen to enjoy an early, cozy supper of soup, salad, fresh breads and wholesome spreads. Afterwards we will caravan to the ocean for sunset.
Ocean Sunset Silence (sunset at 7:45 p.m.)  Experience the beach at twilight as the magic happens; colors become translucent, the seas calm, the birds move across the sky in waves to nest for the night, and the entire beach environment transforms into a little bit of heaven.

Ocean Sunrise Yoga (sunrise at 7:30 a.m.)  Awaken to a new day, standing barefoot, in pure beach sand, facing east, at the edge of the Atlantic, with the ocean breeze clearing your mind, refreshing your body, soothing your emotions. Here enjoy the easy ecstasy of  simple invigorating stretches, spacious breathing, relaxed silence & natural, grounded meditation.

Session #1: Beach/Water Walk.  Anastasia State Park includes an uninterrupted pristine beach of grassy dunes on the west, flanked by the Atlantic Ocean on the east that stretches for more than 3 miles. A nesting home to a wide variety of shore birds, it provides a powerfully soothing environment for an extended walk in the sand or water, followed by time to just be at the beach and soak in the energy.

Session #2: Guana Hike.  Guana State Park a beautiful, shaded nature preserve, is  a quintessential Florida forest featuring high canopies of mighty oak trees, magnolias and palms, and expansive wetlands that are home to a wide variety of migratory birds, waterfowl, owls, otters, eagles, hawks and gators. www.dep.state.fl.us/coastal/sites/gtm/guana_river.htm

Old Town Stroll.  Finish your day at your own speed, with an evening stroll through the exceptionally lovely historic district of old St Augustine. Enjoy one of the many unique restaurants and shops that stretch from the bay front to the heart of the Old Town.    www.getaway4florida.com

Core Yoga Instruction.  On our walks, experiment with core yoga techniques for walking in alignment, letting go of worry, expanding awareness, moving from your core, stillness in motion, connecting with nature, building strength, slowing down, and being in the moment.

In our bright, airy, yoga studio energize yourself with gentle, dynamic yoga, wholesome breathing practices, simple meditations, and deep relaxation. Core instructions, important anatomical cues and essential joint warm-ups minimize pain, strain and injury while optimizing your efforts.
