This workshop is
for yoga teachers and
practitioners looking to add Yin
Yoga to their practice and
teaching. We will look at the
history, physiology and
principles behind a Yin
practice, and discuss teaching
and practicing techniques. All
three modules include practice
teaching opportunities for
teachers.
Learn how to
teach a beginner Yin
yoga sequence
appropriate for all
body types. Using
teaching methods
similar to those used
by Bernie Clark, Mandy
will demonstrate the
use of props for each
posture and the proper

held. You’ll also
learn about injuries
and how to properly
work with your
