Yoga Teacher Certification: Level 2

The Discovery Yoga 500-hour teacher certification is registered with the Yoga Alliance. It is a modular program, including the 200-hour Kripalu Basic Certification plus 300 hours of additional training in the following categories:

• 50 hours Techniques
• 10 hours Teachinmg Methodolgy
• 15 hours Anatomy & Physiology
• 40 hours Philosophy, Lifestyle & Ethics
• 30 hours Practicum
• 155 hours Electives

In addition to the 500-hour curriculum, CPR Training and 100 hours of yoga teaching experience must be documented prior to receiving your certification.
