Teaching
Methodology, 15 hours practicum
Come together with other yoga
teachers for
a profound experience of accessing the teacher within as you explore
some of the deeper aspects of the science and practice of Yoga. You'll
learn how to teach and guide practices that develop inward focus,
concentration, insight and attunement to Spirit:
-
Let go of rigid forms, using
organic
movement to release
deep-seated tensions.
-
Develop
awareness and compassion through
prolonged holding.
- Respond
to your body's messages through intuitive movement.
- Surrender
to the flow of prana within.
You'll
explore the language
and techniques to support your students in safely experiencing the pranic release and healing
integration that can
develop through these deeper practices.
And you'll have the opportunity
to practice-teach these methods with a small group of your peers.
In order to participate in this program you must
have successfully
completed a 200-hour, Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher training
program.
